O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed, to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 166 of 2013 to some other competent investigation officer in Madurai District and to direct the respondents to file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that no impersonation is involved and everything has been done in a proper manner.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is over and draft final report is ready in Crime No.166 of 2013 .

4. In view of the submissions made by both side, this court does not go into the realm of facts. Further more the investigation is over and final report is drafted. Hence, this court finds that it is not a fit case to transfer to some other competent investigation officer at this stage.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with a direction to the third respondent to file the final report before the Jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
