ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove all the encroachments made by the respondents 5 to 13 after conducting proper survey as per law in Government Poromboke North Street
(Chellapanendal Village) land in Survey No.411/9, to an extent of 00.3.00 hectare in Ladanendal Revenue Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2024 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.With a grievance that the representation made by the petitioner on 15.02.2024 seeking removal of encroachment in the petition mentioned property has not been considered by the authorities concerned, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4.The petitioner made a representation on 15.02.2024 seeking removal of encroachment made by the private respondents herein. However, without giving sufficient time for the authorities concerned to consider the said representation, the petitioner filed this writ petition before this Court on
28.02.2024. Filing of the writ petition, even without giving breathing time to the authorities concerned to respond to the representation is highly deprecated 5.On the sole ground, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
