Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To relax the condition imposed in Crl MP(MD) No.19608 of 2025 in Crl OP(MD) No.16662 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025 passed by this Honble Court directing the petitioner to report once in a week, every Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl MP(MD) No.19608 of 2025 in Crl OP(MD) No.16662 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly seven weeks.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditioms, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl MP(MD) No.19608 of 2025 in Crl OP(MD) No.16662 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl MP(MD) No.19608 of 2025 in Crl OP(MD) No.16662 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st Sunday of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders.'' 20-02-2026 jbr To
