ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.1914 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025.

2. Mr.R.Ponkarthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the condition No.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1914 of 2025, dated 30.01.2025 is hereby modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once, i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. The other conditions shall hold good.
