Umaa / de facto complainant in Crime No.103 of 2014, registered by the Central Crime Branch, Madurai City Police, seeks direction for quick investigation and filing of the final report according to law at an early date before the concerned Court.

2. Based on petitioner's complaint, Central Crime Branch, Madurai City Police, registered a case in Crime No.103 of 2014, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471 r/w 120(b) I.P.C., on 22.09.2014.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is going on at snail's space, it is required to be speeded up.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that it is a peculiar case. It has got lot of complications. It involves collection of documentary evidence from Bank and other places. Further, report of Handwriting Expert is also awaited. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In the circumstances, to complete the investigation 6 months time is needed.

5. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that 6 months time is too much.

6. In the circumstances, the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Madurai City, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.103 of 2014 within 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and file the final report before the concerned Court.

7. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
