This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to call for the records pertaining to the charge sheet in C.C.No.78 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar and quash the same in so far as the petitioner alone.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the Court below.

4.Considering the said submission, the personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with before the Trial Court, unless and until it is specifically required by the said Court. The Trial Court is also directed to complete the case in C.C.No.78 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
