O R D E R

This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.463 of 2013 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been over and all the witnesses have been examined and the case is posted for arguments on 27.09.2018.

3. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the trial Court. However, the appearance of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing on which, the learned Judicial Magistrate insisted the petitioner to appear before the Court.
