Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 148 days in representing the above SA(MD) SR.No.66839 of 2019.

Prayer in SA(MD)SR.No.66839 of 2019 To set aside the Judgement and Decree dated 29.03.2019 made in A.S.No.304 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy by confirming the Judgement and Decree dated 03.09.2012 made in O.S.No. 107 of 2004 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif, Trichy.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to condone the delay of 148 days in representing the second appeal in S.A.(MD)No.SR66839 of 2019.

2. Though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, an opportunity for the petitioner is to be given. Hence, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) to the credit of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
