This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the complaint was enquired and the same was closed. A statement has also been made by the petitioner that the petitioner did not want to proceed further in the complaint.
