ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, in Cr.No.173 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, arrested on 06.03.2015, for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 307, 427 and 506(i) I.P.C, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a Fish Stall, where the accused wanted to buy fish. At that time, there was a wordy quarrel, in which, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with aruval.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant has not preferred any complaint against the petitioner and admittedly, the defacto complainant did not sustain any injury and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, due to ulterior motive.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the defacto complainant did not sustain injuries and the petitioner is having two previous cases.
5.Considering the fact the petitioner has been in judicial custody since 06.03.2015 and the defacto complainant has not sustained injuries, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Kovilpatti, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice i.e at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders.
