2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.608 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 290, 297 and 427 of IPC, on 06.11.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
