: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry against respondents 8 & 9 based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2018 and communication dated 25.04.2018 sent by the 5th respondent.

ORDER

******** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to conduct an enquiry against the eighth and ninth respondents, based upon the representation of the petitioner, followed by the communication of the fifth respondent.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General would produce a copy of the order of the third respondent, dated 28.06.2018, which shows that the allegation was enquired into and found to be of no basis.

4. In such view of the matter, the relief sought for by the petitioner has already been met out and this writ petition is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
