ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.285 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Sections 14(A)(a) of Foreigners Act 1946 and 12(1)(a) of Passport Act. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2015. She has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who is Srilankan national, without proper documents, had entered into India.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Srilankan national and her husband, mother and children are at Ottanchathiram camp and she went to Srilanka in the year 2013 for a function, where she was arrested and detained for some time and after she was released and came back to India.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposed this petition by stating that the petitioner is a Srilankan national and without proper document, she had come to India.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this court is inclined https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Ottanchathiram police station daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 30/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
