ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 3rd respondent forthwith to shift the TASMAC shop No. 7840 as per the order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.X2/553/2024 dated 09.12.2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a representation has been given by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent on 24.02.2024 for shifting the aforesaid TASMAC shop as per the 2/5
proceedings of the first respondent dated 09.12.2024. Pursuant to the representation made, the first respondent, vide proceedings dated 09.12.2024, the respondents 2 and 3 were directed to shift the said TASMAC shop. However, so far, since no action has been taken, the petitioner prays for appropriate directions.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that pursuant to the proceedings of the first respondent District Collector, they have forwarded a proceedings dated 20.01.2025 thereby making necessary proposals for shifting the aforesaid TASMAC shop in a new location.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the proceedings of the respondents 2 and 3 dated 20.01.2025, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to implement the directions of the District Collector within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the TASMAC shop is shifted to the new place, the respondents are injuncted from running the TASMAC Shop No.7840 in the present place.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
