Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who arrayed as A2 and A3 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 354(A), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act in Crime No.97 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused have attempted to outraging the modesty of the de facto complainant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the de facto complainant and her father have involved in theft cases and they had stolen pepper bags of the petitioners on 20.04.2015 and for which a case has given against them and after two days this complaint is given, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the first accused was arrested and the petitioners do not have any previous case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of

arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
