The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending writ petition, the third respondent has cancelled the impugned transfer order, dated 11.01.2019 passed by the fourth respondent, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and produced the copy of the proceedings before this Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
