ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 341, 294 (b), 323, 324, 307, 506(ii) and 379(NP) IPC, in Crime No.34 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.These two petitioners are apprehends of the prime accused A1 and A2, due to the property dispute between the two groups have occurred on 25.02.2002, wherein, one Mariyadhas has sustained injury and still in the private hospital taking treatment. A-1 is still in abscondance.

CRL OP(MD). No.4380 of 2020 3.In the light of the fact that the injured person has yet been discharged from the hospital, this Court is not inclined to granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this petition stands dismissed.
