ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 27.11.2024.

3.The specific grievance of the petitioner is that despite a survey notice being issued indicating that the survey would be conducted on 03.01.2025 and the petitioner also being present at site, the authorities did not turn up to conduct the survey and hence, he was constrained to approach this Court by way of this writ petition.

4.Per contra, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the survey is now fixed to 28.02.2025 and without fail, the survey would be conducted.

5.Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conduct and conclude the survey on 28.02.2025 without any postponement and any account whatsoever. No costs.
