The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to stay all further proceedings in Crime No.20 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein pending disposal of the above Criminal Original Petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.
3. The case has been registered as against the petitioner on the ground that without authorisation, the petitioner has indulged in practising Allopathy Medicine.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation is baseless.

5. The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the recovery has been made from the petitioner.
6. The question is a matter for investigatin as to whether the petitioner has illegally practised Allopathy or this Court is not inclined to interfere with the medico legal matter of investigation. Hence the petition is dismissed.
