Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 & 3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.439 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the first petitioner fell in love. Due to the activities of the first petitioner, the defacto complainant left him and there was no contact with him and the parents of the defacto complainant arranged marriage for her and on coming to know the same, the accused persons came to the house of the defacto complainant, on 07.07.2016, threatened the defacto complainant and her parents that if they refused to arrange marriage, they would kill them and on the same day, the first petitioner has sent a message to the cellphone of his father that he will upload the photographs, which was taken by the defacto complainant and the first petitioner and he made defamatory statement against the defacto complainant. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners.
3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

investigation is pending.
5.
