ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1050 of 2014 dated 22.09.2014 and to file the final report within a stipulated time.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing investigation in Crime No.1050 of 2014, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.V, Madurai on 18.07.2015.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
