The petitioner, seeking production of her daughter, namely, Harini Priya, aged about 18 years, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent Police has produced the detenue, namely, Harini Priya before this Court. She has stated that she studied 1st year B.Sc., degree and discontinued the course, as she fell in love with the 3rd respondent and thereafter, she left the parental home and had been in Thiruppur for sometime. Now, at the instance of the enquiry of the police, she had been brought before this Court.

4.The said statement made by the detenue is recorded.
