nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the entire amount has been paid, the original documents of the petitioner be directed to be returned back.

3.The petitioner may approach the Bank. The Bank shall consider the request on its own merits within fifteen days from the date of application filed before the Bank.
