This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass th petitioners. 2.Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that there is money dispute between the parties and petition enquiry is pending.
3. This Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed with the observation that in an admitted circumstances of financial dealings between the petitioner and the complainant, there shall be a direction that the respondent not to enter upon the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner in any manner there regards.
