This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for E.C. and NDPS Act cases, Pudukottai to consider and pass orders on the petition filed u/s 70(2) for recalling the Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for E.C. and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai in Crime No.1 of 2010 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ramnad, 'Q' Branch, Ramnad District and thus render justice.

2. Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. The Petitioner is Accused No.4 in C.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for E.C. and NDPS Act Cases, Pudukottai. The fact remains that the petitioner has not been appearing before the trial Court for a long time. Though the respondent wants to apprehend him, the petitioner has been granted the relief of bail in this case. Until and unless the petitioner makes appearance before the trial Court, no further progress can be made in this case or in other cases. Keeping that alone in mind, this Court is inclined to order recalling the Non-Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.6 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
