This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned demand notice issued by the fifth respondent, dated 01.03.2021, wherein, the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.91,12,583/-. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5. 3.The issue involved in this writ petition is now covered in the subsequent Government order that was passed in G.O(D) No. 337, 2/5

Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 16.06.2023. Hence, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the claim made by the petitioner in line with G.O(D) No. 337, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 16.06.2023 and convey the decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
