ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.35 of 2016 dated 10.06.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is entitled to get the relief against the respondents to complete the investigation within a reasonable time. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
