This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.03.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.156 of 2015.
