ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in Crime No.19 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Sections 11 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that one Muthukrishnan(A1) has been continuously harassing the defacto complainant asking her to tell her love with him. In this regard, the defacto complainant informed her brothers and parents and they questioned the said Muthukrishnan and he has started abusing the defacto complainant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused Nos.2 to 4 were arrested and released on bail. The accused Nos.5 to 7 were granted anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
