This writ petition has been filed against the enquiry notice dated 21.02.2025, issued by the second respondent. A charge memo under Rule 17(b) of the TamilNadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) was issued to the petitioner. During the course of enquiry, the second respondent has issued a notice dated 21.02.2025, instructing the petitioner to attend enquiry, to be held on 25.02.2025. Against the said notice, the petitioner filed this present writ petition.

2. Mr.D.Sachikumar, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions submits that pursuant to the impugned notice dated 25.02.2025, the petitioner has attended the enquiry on 25.02.2025. On 26.02.2025, the competent authority has passed order and dropped all the charges against the petitioner. 2/4

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, in our considered opinion that no further adjudication is required in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.
