This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam in Crime No.104 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime.No.104 of 2013, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
