PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent and their officials not to interfere on the civil dispute in respect of the suit property comprising in O.S.No.49 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Trichirapalli and not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner by interfering with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that based on the complaint petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 4.The same is recorded.
