ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.126 of 2015 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of six months. 4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
