This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to file the final report in Crime No.199 of 2014 on the file of the Kundrakudi Police Station, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime.No.199 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
