ORDER

The revision petitioner / plaintiff filed this revision to set aside the order, dated 09.04.2021 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.514 of 2018, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Trichy.

2. The said Interlocutory Application in I.A.No.1 of 2021 was filed by the respondent / defendant to appoint a power agent to conduct the case on behalf of herself, since the age of the defendant is 73 years. She has also executed a power deed and in the power deed appointed one J. Irusappan to conduct the case and hence, nothing prejudice. But, the only contention of the revision petitioner is without giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner / plaintiff the petition was allowed by the trial Court.

4. It is a matter between the Court and the defendant and in support of the petition power deed also filed by the defendant. So, the trial Court has rightly allowed the petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Court below.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed by confirming the order, dated 09.04.2021 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.514 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Subordinate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD).No.683 of 2022 Court, Trichy. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
