RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court report before the learned Mahila Judge, Fast Track Court, Sivagangai daily twice in Crl.MP(MD)No.8585 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.459 of 2019 dated 12.12.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.AJU TAGORE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8585 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.459 of 2019, dated 12.12.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8585 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.459 of 2019, dated 12.12.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2613 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8585 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.459 of 2019, dated 12.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
