: Respondents PRAYER : Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor / respondents and punish them for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.M.P.(MD)No.5502 of 2019 in W.P.(MD)No.6904 of 2019 dated 25.03.2019.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.Aa2/24403/2018 dated 18.02.2019 on the file of the respondent NO.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to issue patta for the lands of an extent of 20 acres in old paimash No.86 corresponding to new S.F.No.310/19 subdivision 28 as per G.O.Ms.No. 1300 Revenue Dept dated 30.4.1971 outside the scope of TN Act 26/1948 situated at Navalpattu Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
