This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Accused No.1, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.95 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the case has been referred as 'Mistake of Fact' and the report also has been filed to that effect before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
