This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2019 for effecting the survey by metes and bounds of the property in old Survey No.65/73, New No.323/2A1, situated at Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.Heard Mr.J.Anandkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the survey was conducted by the respondents.
