ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents particularly the second respondent not to interfere with civil dispute involves in O.S.No. 920 of 2022 on the file of Additional Munsif Court, Madurai Town in respect of the property bearing Door No.19/4A, Chinna Kadai Street, South Gate, Madurai under the guise of enquiry on the complaint preferred by the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed tenancy dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and at the enquiry, since the petitioner has given a statement that he would pay the rents without fail, the complaint was ordered to be closed. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
