ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition for causing production of his wife Rajeswari.

2.Today, the detenue is present in person before me. She stated that she had voluntarily gone to her mother's house. She does not want to return to her husband.

3.I am, therefore, of the view that the petitioner will have to necessarily apply to the Family Court for restitution of conjugal rights. The child is now with the petitioner. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.4459 of 2020 petitioner's wife had left the child at home. No more direction can be given in this petition. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
