(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) These petitions are filed seeking to condone the delay of 461 and 510 days respectively in filing the above writ appeals.

2. Learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu for the 1st respondent has not raised any serious objection to the petitions being allowed. It is represented that there is no Correspondent in the 2nd respondent school and that the school is under direct payment.

3. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to number the writ appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 29.06.2026 along with W.P(MD)Nos.13393 to 13398 of 2021, W.A(MD)Nos.1346, 1509 & 1510 of 2022 and 11 to 13 of 2023.
