O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to take action on the complaints of the petitioner, dated 04.09.2021 and 14.02.2022, within a time frame, as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged complaints before the second respondent on 04.09.2021 & 14.02.2022 and the same are still pending.

3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaints dated 04.09.2021 & 14.02.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter party and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
