RESPONDENT Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court will be pleased to direct the Learned District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti to expedite the trial proceedings relating to C.C.No.130/2012 pending on its file within a stipulated period prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.
ORDER : The Criminal Original Petition having been listed today, for granting further time, coming up for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court, the court made the following order :- The District Munsif -Cum-Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti sought further extension of five months' time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.130 of 2012.
2. Time is extended for further period of five months, with a direction to the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti, to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time. sd/- Assistant Registrar (Crl.Side) / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
