ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondent to consider the representation dated 17.02.2020 and direct the respondent District Manager, TASMAC, Ramanathapuram District, not to establish a retail liquor shop at D.No.6/240 D1 Railway Feeder Road, Paramakudi.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner insisted that establishing of such a shop without consent is wholly unjustified and therefore, the petitioner has given a representation and seek disposal of such representation.
3. The learned counsel, taking notice for the respondent, had submitted an internal communication between the respondent herein and the learned standing counsel for the TASMAC, wherein, it had been stated that the shop, which was originally opened had been closed and thereafter there has been no fresh application seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.5304 of 2020 establishment of a new TASMAC shop. The said statement and the communication is recorded and the writ petition is closed. No costs.
