ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the respondents to give necessary protection to the petitioner and her family members' life and liberty as per the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2015.

2. A glance at the complaint of the petitioner, dated 18.11.2015, would reveal that it deals with the dispute relates to boundary of the property in question. It would also reveal that on 11.12.2015, the petitioner has also given a representation to the Tahsildar, Ponnamaravathy, for surveying the land in question and the said request has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner has to work out his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

remedy in the appropriate civil forum. Since the dispute is civil in nature, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
