Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner had availed loan from the respondent corporation. The petitioner wants this Court to direct the corporation to waive the penalty interest. These are not matters in which the writ Court can interfere. The only relief this Court can grant is that the respondent board should take a call on the petitioner's request.

3. The second respondent is directed to prepare the necessary proposal by enclosing the petitioner's request and forward the same to the board. It is for the board to decide. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 04.11.2025 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/3
