This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.11.2016 pending before the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted pursuant to the complaint and that the same was closed on the undertaking given by the proposed accused to register the cancellation of document by which the proposed accused purchased the property in the name of his wife. It is further submitted that the proposed accused has also undertaken to move the Civil Court for appropriate relief.
