This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint, dated 30.12.2017 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 323, 406, 452 & 506(ii) IPC and to take action against the accused persons in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in the earlier occasion, a complaint preferred by the proposed accused in C.C.No.26 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, is now pending and further, the petitioner made a complaint before the Sivakasi Police Station and it was enquired and closed. Now, the similar offence has been alleged before the police Station.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate competent Court, if he has any grievance.
