This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a F.I.R in the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.03.2018 in C.S.R.No.28 of 2018 and act in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner has given a statement that she did not want to proceed further in complaint given by her.
4. In view of the statement made by the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
